This trade show represents the largest event for meat processors in Mexico and Latin America. The three-day event features an exhibition floor of more than 258,000 sq ft. with the best suppliers of machinery, materials, ingredients and meat suppliers in the industry; as well as business forums, training sessions and conferences. The trade show is specifically oriented to meat processors, the 2023 edition broke attendance records with more than 10,000 attendees and 395 exhibitors.
